Corporate, Sales and Engineering offices, and complete Manufacturing facilities are located in Grafton, Wisconsin. Standard products manufactured include Pivoted Shoe journal bearings and Sleeve bearings. Large Thrust bearings and most special bearings and bearing assemblies are produced in Grafton. Production machinery is capable of producing bearings from 5/8" dia. to 60" dia. Quality Management Systems are certified to ISO 9001.
Orion's second bearing manufacturing facility in Columbus, Nebraska, is equipped to produce standard designs of equalizing Thrust bearings and Sleeve bearings, as well as special Thrust and Sleeve bearings in sizes from 5/8" dia. to 24" dia. Quality Management Systems are certified to ISO 9002.
